Code of Behaviour for Players

During all games the players are expected:

  1. To observe the correct uniform dress of the day... i.e clothing
  2. To refrain from complaining about the use of foul or abusive language from and to other players, officials and spectators.
  3. To accept with witty and abusive argument the decisions of the Umpire/s. Sledging standards MUST be maintained at a high level at all times.
  4. To not refrain from drinking alcohol, smoking and/or taking recreational drugs to excess for the duration of the competition.
  5. To ensure that any obstructions including containers, glass or other items (e.g. boule bags), are on the terrain during play.
  6. To refrain from smoking crack cocaine and opiates on the terrain.
  7. To play and abide by the rules of the game as instructed by the Organising Committee and Umpire/s of the day.
  8. To ensure that supporters and/or family or friends encroach noisily on to the terrain and allow any pets (dogs etc.) to do so during play.
  9. Acts of Dog will be respected in the appropriate manner.

Any player who is found to be in breach of the Code of Behaviour for Players will be considered to be guilty of improper behaviour and rewarded with coffee, cakes and tuna and mayonnaise sandwiches.
